General Information


  • Please silence your mobile phones.

  • It’s crucial to choose a session that matches your level. Fusión and Pilates are not responsible for any injuries.

  • You can cancel and/or modify your group sessions up to 4 hours in advance at no cost, and up to 1 hour before virtual classes. For personal training, duos, and treatments, you must cancel 24 hours in advance, or the session will be lost.

  • All cancellations must be made before the 20th of the previous month.

  • The class schedule may vary; the Studio reserves the right to make modifications to classes or change an instructor.

  • If a class is not well-attended for a month, the studio reserves the right to change or cancel it.

  • We advise signing up for classes as there are limited spots. If you’re not registered, you may miss out.

  • Fusión and Pilates is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • The studio may take photos for advertising purposes on social media and the website. If you don’t wish to appear, please let us know!

  • The studio will be closed on holidays, August, and Christmas. Only in the month of August, a maintenance fee will be charged.

Monthly Contracts

  • Payment will be debited from your bank account at the beginning of the month. In case of a return, the customer will cover the costs (€10).

  • Cancellations will be accepted until the 20th of the previous month.

  • Sessions are monthly and not cumulative.

  • Cancellations and reservations must be made ONLINE. WhatsApp messages or phone calls for cancellations or reservations will not be accepted. If you encounter technical issues, please send us an email.

  • Contracts cannot be changed on a monthly basis; any change incurs a cost of €10.

Mat Flexible Bonos

  • Buy, reserve, and cancel ONLINE.  No enrollment fee.

  • Payment will be made online or at reception before the start of the class.

Personal and Duo Trainings

  • Cancellations will only be accepted 24 hours before the session. Otherwise, the full session amount will be charged.

  • Vouchers have an expiration date; they will not be extended once expired.

  • For Duo training, if one of the two individuals cannot attend, an alternate day/time will be sought within the same week. If not found, the absent participant will forfeit their session.

Confidentiality Policy

All personal information you share with Fusión and Pilates will be kept completely confidential. No personal data of our clients will be transferred or sold. We respect tu  your right to privacy.

The studio has informed you that, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR of April 27, 2016, it collects and processes your personal data, applying the technical and organizational measures that guarantee confidentiality, for the purpose of managing the relationship that binds you. You give your consent and authorization for such processing. We will retain your personal data only for the necessary time to manage our relationship.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring towel or mat?

For group classes, we kindly request you to bring towels to cover the mat. Bringing your own mat is not necessary, as we provide them at the studio. However, if you prefer to bring your own, you’re welcome to do so!

Difference between monthly contracts and Mat flexible

If you want to stay consistent and see short-term benefits, we recommend subscribing monthly, and you’ll save money! The Flexible Mat option offers individual vouchers to be used within their expiration period, designed for individuals who don’t reside in Barcelona or are here for a short period of time.

What happens if I cannot come one month?

If you’re unable to attend for an entire month while on the Monthly Contract, we offer you the option to pay a maintenance fee, and then you can return with your regular voucher. If you don’t pay the maintenance fee, you will lose your membership, and upon return, you’ll need to pay the full enrollment fee.

If you’re using a Flexible Mat option, we recommend trying to schedule your sessions before your departure, as once expired, we won’t be able to extend them.

Do I need to reserve my sessions every time I want to attend a class?

It’s essential to sign up to secure your spot. Every 1st of the month, your new sessions will be added to your account, and you decide how you want to manage them. We recommend setting a specific day and time each week.

What happens with the sessions we can not do before you close for Christmas holidays?

We will be closed from December 24th until after Reyes (January 6th). Sessions that you haven’t been able to attend in December or January can be made up between January and February. You cannot deduct from your voucher to make up for missed sessions; you need to include them as extra classes within the month.

If I want to do an extra class one month, how much would it cost?

In the Monthly Contract option, we offer extra classes for 13€. Otherwise, individual sessions are priced at 20€ each.
